A call came to the rescue team about a neglected dog confined in an industrial area. The caller described a heartbreaking sight: a dog tied up, abandoned, and living in filth for years. Without hesitation, I rushed to the location and found him—his matted fur covering most of his body, including his eyes. He had survived on scraps of food brought by nearby residents.

The sight of him broke my heart. Trapped in a filthy iron cage for four years, he lived in silence, his world confined to a few feet of space.
