Nabby’s journey began in the most challenging of circumstances. Born a week behind his siblings, he faced tremendous obstacles right from the start. His lack of front legs meant he had to fight harder for basic needs, like nourishment. Often, he was left without milk as his siblings blocked him from their mother. Early on, the vets had little faith in his survival, suggesting euthanasia as an option. Luckily, there were people who saw the potential for life in this little pup and decided to step in. This marks the start of Nabby’s incredible journey toward making a difference in the world.

Fortunately, Nabby’s story took a turn for the better when Lou Robinson and her husband Mark Bowlin opened their hearts and home to him. They are the proud leaders of a rescue group called Warriors Educate About Rescue, dedicated to helping animals in need. By bottle-feeding Nabby and showering him with unconditional love, they quickly became his new family. Watching him grow day by day was a joyous experience for them, and their unwavering support meant the world to this little fighter who was determined to thrive.

Nabby’s path was not without its struggles, even after finding the perfect home. Just a month into his new life, he faced a battle with pneumonia and an esophagus malformation. The loving couple feared they were losing him but their little pup showed incredible spirit and fought back with everything he had. After undergoing treatment, Nabby began to recover and turned his victories into beautiful milestones worth celebrating. It is uplifting to see how far he has come, transforming from a timid puppy to a confident dog that loves being cuddled.

Now, on this very special day, Nabby turns seven years old, a testament to the power of love, resilience, and unwavering determination. Despite the challenges he faced early in life, Nabby’s journey shines brightly, showing us all that life is supposed to be embraced in every form. Lou frequently shares Nabby’s daily adventures, spreading positivity and inspiration to all who follow him. His journey serves as a reminder that every life—no matter how different—is worthy of love and respect. So here’s to Nabby, a true champion!
